How long does the book take to complete?

As of June 2025, the course is 35 chapters long. Your pace is entirely up to you, naturally, but we recommend trying to go through 1-3 chapters per day so that you ingrain the content as you practice and play in the interim.

These lessons run contradictory to a lot of the advice you may have been exposed to, so it may take some time for the concepts to take hold in your brain.
